Selling/Buying/Delivery Policy

Seller must determine item cost, payment method, and shipping costs.  Seller is responsible for honestly describing the condition of the dress, including any alterations.  BridesmaidEssentials.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the description or quality of the item. 

BridesmaidEssentials.com reserves the right to remove any listing or seller without warning, notice or refund of listing fees. 

Buyer agrees to meet the terms of payment are within (5) business days of agreement. If payments are not made in accordance with these terms, seller has the right to cancel the agreement and relist the item.  All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. 

Refund/Return/Dispute Policy

BridesmaidEssentials.com is simply a listing agent and is not responsible for any merchandise sold.  Buyers and sellers assume full responsibility for completing any transactions initiated at the site.  BridesmaidEssentials.com will not act as a mediator if there is a dispute between a buyer and seller.
